About Us |
From the early 1990s, churches and individuals in
Rockford, Illinois, experienced a growing
concern for the civic and spiritual health of
the city. There had been solemn
assemblies on bridges, groups of churches
meeting to pray for revival, and small
gatherings across the city praying for healing
in the city and another Great Awakening in
America. In April of 1997, God called Bob
and Connie Griffin to start Rockford Renewal
Ministries, a not-for-profit ministry in the
city, to continue and to expand these efforts
full-time. |
